1. Layer upon layer, if you look behind
2. In a paltry life there is a limit to how much one can affect the people in the next country, or the next block, much less change the course of history, so aspire to live carefree
3. Meaningless, meaningless! Everything is meaningless

4. I think, it is only when one accepts one's weaknesses that one can begin to change to achieve full flourishing.

5. He is my all, my joy, my righteousness, my hope of glory when he comes to reign.

6. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.

Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

- Isaiah 40:28-31

I feel like I'm failing on all sides. Never enough. Never enough. But, Love, You were always enough.

Haha. I think work places should totally have something called a play pen. It's for releasing your energy after sitting at your workplace and acting civilised and interacting with clients for ages. People will go in there, freak out joyously; and sufficiently appeased, return to their seats.

I can anticipate the need of such a thing at my workplace at least. Feel like leaping joyously around the library or breaking out into song several times a day, which is Not a good thing for the library, so I save it for home when I jump around my mom watching TV.

Thinking back to two nights ago, it reminds me a bit of the world of one of those Circle of Magic books. That sort of messy world, where there is a lot that you can't cure, but where our protagonists learned how they wanted to live. What they felt strongly about, what they anguished about, what they raged about, what they did then, to that.

I've been so sheltered, and now that it's time again to take another step out, I am scared. But I know that He has it all planned, and that it is He feels the most for them.

Absolutely loves this lazy Saturday afternoon, clearing my clothes and digesting the new Muse album. :) To make matters a little cheerier in the midst of sneezing terribly in spurts, my sister's not coming home this weekend (I'd forgotten and cleared my things off her desk) - so I won't have to share my room this weekend! Add to that a day yesterday chilling in Simply Bread for brunch and going to school for a random talk and then getting stuff done and meeting lots of friendly juniors... Blessed weekend!

Less of me, more of You; none of me, all of You.

Because it hurts too much otherwise.
