I think we all tend to see each other on the surface. When we meet someone new, we judge them by their actions, as though this is all they've ever been. As though they are exactly as they appear. We can't see how far they've grown as a person and how much they've left behind them on the way, or how far they've fallen into the deepest pits of their souls and what has caused this in them.
What is seen isn't always the clearest lens on reality. Don't be deceived, my friends. Don't be completely wrapped up in what anyone can see, because there are truer ways of perceiving that go into the very heart of people, the very heart of the world.
